Hosted sync relay for Simply Finance

Keep your devices in step. Keep the keys with you.

SimplySync Cloud keeps your encrypted changes moving between devices without asking you to run a server or hand over a readable finance database.

The boundary is the product

A relay, not a readable database.

Records are encrypted on your device before they travel. The hosted service can route and store the sealed payload, but it never receives the keys needed to read balances, merchants, or notes.

Read the sync & privacy guide
01On your deviceledger.db → sealed payload
02In the relay••••••••••••••••••••••••
03On your other devicesealed payload → ledger.db
What leaves the device is ciphertext. The keys do not.

From checkout to sync

Three steps. No server to maintain.

Start with Creem, paste one personal URL into Simply Finance, and let the relay do the small job it was built for.

01

Subscribe for $2/month

Creem handles checkout, payment, and tax. We do not create an application login or persist your email.

02

Get your relay URL

The welcome page gives you a personal URL. Your Creem receipt keeps a license key that can recover it later.

03

Paste it into the app

Open Settings → Sync Relays → Add Relay. Use the same recovery phrase on each device you want to keep in step.

One simple plan

Hosted sync for $2/month.

Billed today, then monthly. Cancel through Creem when you need to. Your data remains readable by your devices if billing lapses.

Before you connect

Clear answers, by design.

What does SimplySync Cloud store?

Only the encrypted sync data needed to relay changes, plus pseudonymous subscription and usage metadata. The hosted relay does not copy your checkout email into D1 or R2 or store readable finance records.

Do I need an account or password?

No application login is required. Creem owns the payment identity, and the license key in your receipt is your recovery credential for the personal relay page.

Can I host the relay myself?

Yes. SimplySync is open source. If you prefer to control the infrastructure, use the self-hosting guide instead of the managed plan.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your devices keep read access to retrieve data, while new writes pause until the subscription is active again.
